§ 18-117. Sale of vehicle to recoup costs.

If a vehicle towed and stored under this article is not claimed by the owner or any other person entitled to claim possession of the vehicle within 30 days of the towing, the county manager shall cause the vehicle to be sold as provided under G.S. 44A-4. The proceeds of the sale shall be used to pay any towing fees.
