§ 18-116. Release of vehicle.

Any vehicle towed pursuant to this article may be released to the owner or any other person entitled to claim possession of the vehicle at any time after towing either by the posting of a bond to secure the fees due in cases where the probable cause for the removal is challenged or by the payment of the fees due by the owner or person claiming possession.
