§ 44-69. Administrative approval of minor improvements.

Minor improvements are defined as those exterior changes which do not involve substantial
alterations, additions or removals that could impair the integrity of the property
and/or district as a whole. Such minor improvements may be approved by the Department
of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation (DEAPR), but shall be limited to
those listed in the Commissions "Rules of Procedure." All minor improvements applications
approved by the DEAPR shall be forwarded to the Commission in time for its next scheduled
meeting. No application may be denied without the formal action of the Commission.
