§ 44-46. Planning board action subsequent to public hearing.
(a)
Within 60 days following the date of the public hearing, the Planning Board shall prepare and submit to the Commission a recommendation concerning the disposition of the proposed historic district designation. The Planning Board may recommend:
(1)
Approval of the designation as proposed;
(2)
Approval of the designation subject to conditions; or
(3)
Denial of the designation.
(b)
Failure of the Planning Board to submit a recommendation within the required time shall be considered a favorable recommendation, without conditions.
