§ 44-45. Public hearing and notice thereof.

A joint public hearing involving the Commission, the Planning Board, and the Board of County Commissioners shall be held before adoption of a proposed ordinance designating a historic district. The public hearing shall be advertised, and property owners shall be notified, in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Development Ordinance.
