§ 20-33. Minimum standards of fitness for dwellings and dwelling units.

(a)

Every renter-occupied dwelling and dwelling unit shall comply with all of the minimum housing standards established by this Ordinance.

(b)

No person shall let any dwelling or dwelling unit which does not comply with all of the minimum housing standards established by this Ordinance.
