§ 18-112. Removal of abandoned motor vehicles; creation of lien.

The county manager shall cause to be towed to a storage garage or area any abandoned motor vehicle as provided in this article. A lien in favor of the county is created in any abandoned motor vehicle for the towing fees established pursuant to this article.
