§ 18-3. Intent and purpose.

This chapter is enacted in order to effect the responsibilities enumerated in G.S. 153A-169 et seq., as well as to ensure the efficient and safe execution of the county's business and the comfortable enjoyment of the county's facilities by its citizens.
