§ 16-58. Abrogation.

This Article repeals the existing Orange County Noise Ordinance adopted August 15, 1983, as amended on February 1, 1988. This Article is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any greater restriction imposed by any other state law or local government ordinance or any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. Wherever the provisions of any other law, ordinance, regulation or restriction impose higher standards than are required by the provisions of this Article, this Article does not prohibit the enforcement of any such law, ordinance, regulation or restriction.
