§ 14-258. Contested charges.

A person contesting a demand for payment made pursuant to section 14-282 shall have ten days from receipt of the demand for payment to request that the matter be considered by the board of commissioners. The final decision of the board may be appealed to the superior court within 30 days of the date of that decision in an action in the nature of certiorari.
