§ 14-206. Inspections and investigations.

Latest version.

The department of emergency management is empowered to conduct such inspections and investigations as shall be reasonably necessary to:
(1)

Determine compliance with the provisions of this article;

(2)

Determine the persons responsible for violation of this article;

(3)

Determine the nature and location of any oil or other hazardous substances discharged to the land or waters of this county; and

(4)

Enforce the provisions of this article.
